Can I place an order here?
This is a first-look storefront. Browse the menu and save your picks in a bag. Online payment and confirmed orders begin after the merchant account is connected.
Can I arrange pickup or local delivery?
You can express a preference in your bag. Contact BiteMade to confirm your location, date, availability and arrangements. A preference does not reserve a time or confirm delivery.
Are treats available for shipping?
Standard USPS shipping to an Alabama address is $10 for one package. Contact BiteMade to arrange orders that need more than one package. See pickup, delivery and shipping for details.
What about ingredients and allergens?
The menu includes supplied descriptions. Ask BiteMade for complete ingredient and allergen details before ordering; do not rely on appearance alone.
Can I ask about catering or another flavor?
Yes, share your occasion and ideas through the catering inquiry. Catering is ordered by the dozen, with no minimum number of dozens, and flavors may be mixed and matched. Large-event inquiries are for 100–500 cake pops. Orders of 50–150 need at least three weeks’ notice; 151–199 need about four to five weeks; 200 or more need at least one month. Catering prices are separate from standard shop packs: classic cake pops are $24 per dozen, party-decorated are $30 per dozen, and custom event cake pops are $36–$48+ per dozen. The simple sprinkles and decorations described for the classic and party tiers are included; additional or more elaborate decorations may cost extra. Contact BiteMade for a quote. What are the pack prices?
One cake pop is $2, a six-pop pack is $10, and a twelve-pop pack is $15. Choose your pack size, then the number of packs. To request a mixed six- or twelve-pop pack, build your mix in the shop, add it to your bag, then use the email link in your bag. BiteMade will confirm availability and arrangements by email. An email request does not place or confirm an order.
