How to get your order
Pickup, delivery & shipping
Alabama shipping
Standard USPS shipping to an Alabama address is $10 for one package. Contact BiteMade to arrange orders that need more than one package. We plan to mail orders from the Albertville Post Office on the day your order is ready or the next day.
Pickup and meet-up
Contact BiteMade in advance to request a meet-up at PetSmart, 7360 US Hwy 431 Ste 1, Albertville, AL 35950. Meet-ups are available Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you get off work at 6 p.m., contact BiteMade to arrange a later meet-up.
Local delivery
Contact BiteMade in advance to request local delivery in Albertville, AL 35951. Local delivery costs $10 per trip and is available Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. BiteMade will confirm the arrangements directly.
Mixed-flavor packaging
Each flavor goes in its own bag. We place each flavor label under its cake pops inside the box. When the bags fit in one box, we label the box with the flavors inside.
Keeping your cake pops fresh
BiteMade makes cake pops fresh and recommends keeping them in the refrigerator. The counter is also an option. If you will not eat them within about 7 days, freeze them and use them within about 1–2 weeks. Take frozen cake pops out about one hour before eating.
