Checkout and fulfillment

When you use online checkout, Shopify receives the order, contact, delivery, billing and payment information you provide. CraftMade uses order and contact details to prepare and fulfill orders and respond to customer requests. For shipped orders, the carrier receives the delivery information needed to deliver the package.
