If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, or if it doesn’t meet your expectations, text CraftMade at (256) 477-0167 within 30 days of receiving it. Describe what went wrong. This applies to all CraftMade items, including custom items.

Return your item

After contacting us, return the item. You pay return shipping. When CraftMade receives your return, you can choose a refund or a remake.

Refunds and remakes

Refunds go to the original payment method and should arrive within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.

Coaster and other CraftMade remakes take 2 calendar days. Wreath remakes take 7 business days. CraftMade confirms your address and covers U.S. shipping for the remake. We plan to use USPS Priority Mail, with estimated delivery 3–5 business days after mailing.
